Durand High School is excited to offer sponsorships for our Bulldog Broadcast! The athletic department, Durand Athletic Association, and Durand Media Club have partnered in adopting our sponsorship program. The school now receives 100% of your support. We no longer use an outside vendor. The school is grateful for our Durand businesses and community members being a pillar in our student's success! If your child rides a Durand School bus/van and you would like to know details about the pickup/dropoff time, bus location/arrival and riding status of your child please find that in the Transportation Department.

Durand School now has a free Parent App for Android and iOS systems called “Ride 360”.

The Northern Illinois Food Bank and the Durand School District have partnered to create a weekly Nutrition program called the Backpack program where nutritious food is sent home in your child’s backpack at the end of each week. Please see the Administration if you have any questions or if you would like to enroll.

Under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, the District must provide students with disabilities with appropriate special education and related services to address their educational needs. If your student receives related services from the District through their Individualized Education Program (“IEP”) document, such as occupational therapy services, physical therapy services, school social work services, school counseling services, school nursing services, school psychological services and/or speech and language therapy, you may request copies of related service logs developed and maintained by the District for your child. These related service logs include information regarding the date, type (which related service) and duration (amount of minutes) of related services administered to your child. If you have any questions regarding your child’s special education services or you would like to request that related service logs are available at your child’s upcoming IEP meeting, please contact your child’s case manager or building principal.
